Meditation is something I have tried on and off. Sometimes with mantras. Sometimes with mala beads. Sometimes successfully. Most times less so. Today I attended a group in which people get together once a week to do mindfulness meditation for an hour. My intention is now to meditate every day, even for two minutes, and to continue in the group most weeks to sustain my own practice.
As L.M. Montgomery said, “…it’s the little things that fret the holes in life…like moths…and ruin it.” I need fewer moths in my life.
